Our Company

Dan Mongeluzi, Founder of Aldagare, LLC is a native of Southwest Philadelphia. Dan is a graduate of Neumann College with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.  He has been a licensed REALTOR of Pennsylvania since 1990.  His experience is concentrated on the market conditions of Chester, Delaware, Lancaster and Montgomery Counties in addition to the city of Philadelphia. 

Joseph Mongeluzi, Jr., Partner, is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Civil Engineering.  Joe monitors land development opportunities and reviews building codes.  Joe also is responsible for identifying real estate opportunities outside of Pennsylvania.
